This is the beer whose accidental discovery started our story back in 2003. It is a multi-award winning, oak aged beer that is packed full of biscuity malt and vanilla flavour, making it really creamy and mellow. Tasting Note: Clear medium amber colour; aromas of toffee, toasted malt, herb and sweet fruit, with light whisky tones; creamy, rich with caramel, vanilla, toffee and malt; balanced and soft on the finish. Like a fine whisky without the high alcohol. Serving Suggestion: Steak & frites, cedar plank grilled salmon.
